HIM (Health Information Management)  Recruiter  
Must live in Santa Clarita Valley - So. California  

Education: Associates or Bachelor’s Degree
 
Minimum Required Experience:
 

• 1-3 years Recruiting Experience – Agency Recruiting Preferred
• An understanding of recruitment process
• Experience working on a virtual team is required
• Access to audio-video conferencing (example, Webex, LiveMeeting, etc.)
• Ability to work remotely (Must Have Reliable Internet Connection) and independent with minimal supervision is mandatory
• Strong understanding and usage of job social media channels and Boolean search
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (word, excel, PowerPoint) and CRM or VMS software required
• Strong computer skills and use of databases required
• Strong candidate development skills, Strong negotiator and closer of candidate is a must

• Must be familiar with healthcare industry - knowledge of AHIMA (American Health Information Management Association) and AAPC (American Academy of Professional Coders) Certifications, strongly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, friendly, tactful, good negotiator, ability to influence others.
• Self-motivation preferred.
• Be able to provide timely feedback
