Preferred Skills

Experience in SharePoint Development and Angular JS

Experience in working with Telerik controls for ASP.Net Ajax.

Experience in Business Intelligence Tools (SAP Business Objects Reports, SQL Server Integration Services – SSIS)



Skill Set:
Must be proficient in current HTML standards and aware of the differences between all the HTML version standards as adopted by the W3C, as well as future W3C standards, which are constantly being developed.
Must be proficient in JavaScript, DHTML, and XML.
Must be able to write server-side dynamic web pages such as Active Server Pages (ASP), ASPX using VBScript/VB.
Must be familiar with all types of online security schemes, and also with COM objects and similar techniques.
Must know how to optimize all formats for online viewing.
Must be proficient in: Microsoft FrontPage, Microsoft Visual InterDev, Visual Studio.NET, Notepad, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Macromedia Flash, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat.
Must be able to write and debug code in straight text format, without the help of a GUI interface.

 

Roles and Responsibilities

This position is to work for the Solutions Development work sector under Ethics & Compliance Intelligence Team in National Compliance department of Hospital/Medical Group.
Will be working closely with clients :

  • Works with the users and subject matter experts to gather and fine tune requirements and interact with the stakeholders on a periodic basis to ensure that the application built meets their expectations.
  • Designs, builds, implements, and maintains new and existing web applications.
  • Must be able to create the documentation on all assigned applications including documentation on business rules, in line code documentation, final user guide documentation.

 

Summary

Researches, plans, implements, and monitors a broad portfolio of compliance systems and initiatives to enable organizational compliance with all applicable Federal, state, and local regulations/laws, as well as overseeing the protection of organizational assets.
On an on-going basis, researches and interprets regulations and laws to establish compliance standards and may develop and/or deliver training and communications/change management relative to new standards.
Assesses organizational systems (both physical and process or data related) to determine gaps in compliance and determine opportunities for remediation.
Advises the organization on all compliance matters.
May investigate violations of compliance policy, laws, regulations, etc. or conduct on-going monitoring and reporting to ensure remediation.
May be responsible for project management relative to new compliance initiatives, products, or annual processes.


Additional Description for Web Developer:
This is highly responsible work maintaining and maturing web presence, both Internet and Intranet.
Will be responsible for creation of concept, design, testing and maintenance of web sites, pages and applications.
Will meet frequently with staff before and during project, to ascertain requirements, and also afterwards to train staff in the proper maintenance of web pages and proper use of web applications.
General duties will include advising web developers and management on all aspects of web development from technology to functionality to graphics.
