CA-Corona; MD-Fulton; GA-Duluth

Job description:
Develop training solutions using prescribed tools according to process, quality, budget, and milestone standards. Identifies and raises issues/risks to ensure project success. Coaches peers. Provides input to Instructional Designer/Developer Leads (IDDL) regarding process and continuous quality improvement. 

Experience:  Level: 3-6 Years

Education:
High School Required
Certificate in instructional design preferred.
Bachelors degree in education/instructional design preferred.

Skill Set:
Learning Training and Curriculum Design and Management experience.
Computer Based Training (CBT) Design & Development. Technical Writing.
Oral and Written Communication.
Teamwork and Collaboration.

Top 3-5 Required Skills:
1. Ability to create and edit Pages and Site Pages in SharePoint
2. Ability to create and edit Lists in SharePoint
3. Ability to create and edit custom views in SharePoint.
4. Must have experience in web-based training, storyboard design, and Instructor-led training design.
5.Must have excellent technical writing skills (however, not in lieu of training development skills)​​​​​​​.

Desired Skills:
1. Ability to work independently when provided documents to be rewritten and work collaboratively with the SME when given feedback.

Top 3-5 Daily Responsibilities:
1. Research documents that exist in our knowledge repository to identify the number of documents and information that must be consolidated.
2. Consolidate the information from various documents and write a new comprehensive document that applies adult learning principles; will be using a template to formulate the new document.
3. Rewrite documents applying adult learning theory to the document and template.
