Contract to Hire - Position has the possibility to convert to FTE, candidates should be eligible to convert.
FTE pay-rate $60-70K

Experience Level:
Bachelors in Accounting or Finance, plus minimum 2 years of direct relevant experience.

Top 3-5 Required Skills:
1. Working GAAP accounting knowledge
2. 3-5 years accounting related experience should NOT have more than 7 years of experience 
3. Microsoft Office proficient (strong excel)

Desired Skills:
1. CPA candidate
2. Public Accounting experience

Top 3-5 Daily Responsibilities:
1. Process Journal entries
2. Prepare account reconciliations
3. Variance analyses of assigned areas - financial analysis

Description:
Reviews general ledger accounts and prepares and adjusts journal entries.
Performs account analysis and reconciliation, including bank statements and intercompany general ledger accounts.
Maintains the general ledger chart of accounts.
Assists with initial internal control evaluations.
Posts monthly, quarterly and yearly accruals.
