Contract - 6 Months

Summary:
Balance between business and technical skill sets. Should be able to flex between a Business Analyst role and Project Manager. 50/50 breakdown.
Expected to operate fairly independently. Should have understanding of infrastructure and technology stacks. Does NOT need to code.
Functional and technical experience: functional in having strong soft skills, and their ability to lead meetings, technical in understanding databases and database technologies - needs to be able to speak to the technical side. Data management exp helpful, but not a deal breaker.

Onsite position, can discuss 1 or 2 days/week at home once through the ramp up period. 

Education: Bachelors Degree required

Experience: Minimum 4-5 years

Top 3-5 Required Skills:
1. Provides integrated systems planning & recommends alternative technologies that will enhance current or anticipated information systems that support overall corporate & business goals.
2. Leads the review & design concepts for new systems & develops & documents the technical design for the integration & implementation of the software.
3. Directs the development of comprehensive & strategic business cases w/ cost/benefit dimensions of proposed projects that are used at management & executive levels for funding & scope decisions.
4. Consults on business process re-engineering.
5. Should have exp with Visio

Desired Skills:
1. Knowledge of enterprise data management.
2. Excellent oral and written communications.
3. Strong technical writing / documentation.
3. Knowledge of SDLC, agile development processes.

Top 3-5 Daily Responsibilities:
1. Perform consulting with Business Partners to define requirements and develop solution alternatives and level of effort estimates (cost and schedule).
2. Translate client business requirements into specific systems, applications or process designs for large complex IT solutions and integrating architecture (Solution Consultants) and assuring the integration of corporate business application architectures.
3. Selects & customizes the methodology for the analysis & definition of efficient, cost effective solutions that support client business processes & functional requirements & resource costs.
