Data Analyst - Int
Contract - Position may extend/convert based on business needs.

Bachelors degree required and 3 years relevant experience required.

Must have all Required requirements to be considered:
Top 3-5 Required Skills:
1. Strong analytical skills with understanding of statistical techniques: hypothesis development, designing tests/experiments, analyzing data, drawing conclusions, and developing actionable recommendations REQUIRED
2. Two to three (2-3) years’ experience in a quantitative business analytics role REQUIRED.
3. Online analytics experience REQUIRED.
4. Experience with Optimizely, Adobe Analytics and Webtrends are all HIGHLY preferred.
5. A/B testing REQUIRED

Desired Skills:
1. Bachelors degree required. BA/BS degree in statistics, economics, mathematics, or other quantitative discipline preferred.
2. Website analytics and optimization experience HIGHLY PREFERRED 
3. Functional knowledge of UX and website best practices preferred.

Soft Skills:
1. Ability to work in independently and in team environment
2. Good communication – experience with explaining complex issues, simply.
3. Self-directed and detailed in work.

Top 3-5 Daily Responsibilities:
1. Track, report and analyze website analytics
2. Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance through reports and dashboards.
3. Monitor A/B and multivariate testing to determine statistical significance and provide insights and findings that support changes to our website’s functionality, marketing practices and navigation.

General Description 
Provide data architectural leadership in developing enterprise data/process models, and logical/physical database designs.
Provide data and database development, maintenance, and production support.
Participate in IT and Business project to define system requirements.
Skill Set: Business analysis. Business process modeling - enterprise to department level. Ability to interpret Entity Relationship Diagrams.
