Description: Cyber Security Technical Writer for Multi-Factor Authentication
Top 3-5 Required Skills:
1. 2+ years of experience with cyber security technical writing
2. 2+ years of experience presenting in web conferences
Desired Skills:
1. Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
2. Familiarity with WebEx Training Sessions
Soft Skills:
Must have experience and ability to work in a virtual matrixed team environment
Must be able to clearly communicate written and verbally
Must be able to interface with customers and communicate technical topics in business terms
Comfort in presenting to large audiences virtually
Top 3-5 Daily Responsibilities:
1. Review and write content for the Multi-Factor Authentication program (e.g. websites, end-user help guides, service desk knowledge articles, architecture/requirements/design documents, etc.)
2. Consult with team members and business partners with regards to the multi-factor program to understand documentation needs
3. Collect feedback from the enterprise service desk through daily triage calls as part of a continuous improvement model
4. Hold webinars to train end-users regarding multi-factor authentication and answer questions
