Contract - Position may extend or convert, based on business needs and budget.
ONLY candidates who can convert to FTE.

100% onsite in Oakland 

A Project/Program Manager with extensive experience in and implementation of Lightening.
Ability to stand up new project including charter, project plan, systems integration plan and solution architecture.
Upgrading salesforce classic to lightening and customize objects they have created to modern lightening interface

  1.  Bachelors degree required.
  2. Salesforce experience required.
  3.  Five (5+) years’ experience both leading projects and creating project plans required.
  4. 5 or more years of business requirements and business process definition shaping HIGHLY PREFERRED.
  5. Software application implementation (salesforce)

Desired Skills:
  1.  Experience with Salesforce Lightening (Integration Tool) upgrade is Highly preferred.
  2.  Agile AND Waterfall experience HIGHLY PREFERRED.
  3. Communication and consultative skills are important.
  4. Healthcare or insurance industry experience HIGHLY PREFERRED.​​​​​​​
  5. PMP is a plus.​​​​​​​

Need to be able to work through charter, develop project plan, develop timeline and roadmap for new project.
They need someone who can engage across multiple business functions to develop cohesive plan and bring consensus across functional lines across what scopes and tasks need to be.
Someone who understand how to translate client expectations to business outcomes.
Must be okay with some administrative work (Set up meetings, ensure critical people will attend meetings, write agenda, deal ambiguous direction and translate that info firm expectations).
Work with cross functional teams.

Essential Function:
Project managing software planning and implementation projects, should have experience with software application development.
• Standardize the business field using Sales Force/ Lightening across all Clients Facilities
• Leads day-to-day execution of the project
• Develops, manages and communicates the project workplan (schedule)
• Identifies and manages risks, issues and interdependencies
• Manages project meetings with regional and functional SMEs / team members (coordination and facilitation)
• Coordination of project meetings (scheduling, agendas, notes and follow-up items)
• Escalates resource risks & issues as necessary to project lead and/or the RTL
• Development and maintenance of project documents – project workplan, RAID workbook, communication plan, RACI, status reports, meeting agendas & notes
• Validates deliverables meet scope and quality requirements with input of leads/SMEs
Plans for and ensures new capabilities and processes are successfully transitioned to operational owners
• Work independently lead project

Leads the delivery of a highly complex project(s). Maintains a tactical focus. Sets clear objectives and defined deliverables.
Develops cost benefit analyses for the project, communicates to an executive committee, creates and reports project status utilizing a dashboard, allocates resources, defines project governance policies and manages the financial concerns. Utilizes and effectively communicates technical components of an initiative to applicable parties.
Ability to lead a cross-functional team while motivating team members to their highest potential.
Requires excellent oral and written communication skills as well as business presentation skills.
Excellent analytical skills. Interfaces effectively with all levels and across organizational lines, including the business units.
Effectively utilizes external vendors and internal resources. Demonstrated success at building team relationships and partnerships across organizational lines.
