Summary:
The primary role of this position will be developing a pseudo code language (clinical quality language) translator program that will convert the CQL to TSQL Stored procedures.
They will also be participating in the re-architecture of the SQL Server Rules engine used to generate Hedis Regulatory Metrics off of clinical data.

Education/Experience:
HS Diploma/GED with 10-12 years relevant experience.
Preferred - Bachelors Degree in related field with 6 years experience

Top Skills Candidate Should Have -
Experience in Microsoft Stack technologies (C#, SSIS, SQL Server) with 8-10 years experience in advanced programming.
Power BI experience a plus.

General Description:
Experience in object-oriented design and analysis.
Extensive experience in full software development life cycle including requirements definition, prototyping, design, coding, testing and maintenance.
Strong background in database development and proven history as a team player.
Must be able to compile and maintain an enterprise schema across all applications and enforce the principles of good (authorized/accepted) data design.
Design and maintain data architecture that accommodates changing business priorities and technological changes.
Skill Set: Ability building data abstraction layers. Stored procedures, triggers and SQL. Extensive background in development on multiple databases.
