Education:
BA/BS Degree or 4 years of additional experience required.
Experience
• Minimum 2 years experience managing projects in a large organization
• Solid skills in Office and relevant project management applications
• Self-starter, creative and highly organized
• Able to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Demonstrates ability to engage others and work collegially with leaders and teams; able to effectively motivate and influence others.
Job Description:
Seeking an independent, experienced Project Manager to assist the Rehabilitative Services Director and team.Leads the delivery of a highly complex project(s). Maintains a tactical focus. Sets clear objectives and defined deliverables. Develops cost benefit analyses for the project, communicates to an executive committee, creates and reports project status utilizing a dashboard, allocates resources, defines project governance policies and manages the financial concerns. Utilizes and effectively communicates technical components of an initiative to applicable parties. Ability to lead a cross-functional team while motivating team members to their highest potential. Requires excellent oral and written communication skills as well as business presentation skills. Excellent analytical skills. Interfaces effectively with all levels and across organizational lines, including the business units. Effectively utilizes external vendors and internal resources
Job Responsibility:
• Manage oversight of the Strategic Plan for Access in collaboration and under the direction of the Rehabilitative Services Director.
Specific areas include:
o Visit length/Rehab Aide- Implement schedule changes to decrease visit length with the possibility of a new flow staff position to assist rehabilitative services staff.
o Stakeholder expectations on services.Using existing survey information or implementing new surveys, determine member, referring providers and large employer groups on their expectations around therapy services.
• Work with current project manager to facilitate overall plan.
• Assist in ensuring tactics are completed on time through the accountable/ assigned individual (s).
• Identifies any obstacles and collaborates with Rehabilitative Services Director to manage and remove.
• Maintains and continually updates the plan
Other non-plan related duties may be assigned by the Rehabilitative Services Director to assist in other relevant aspects of the business such that the Strategic Plan remains a priority.
