5-8+ years of experience required with Bachelors Degree
Summary:
1) A PM who can handle multiple small projects, or could possibly be part of a group of PMs handling specific project tracks on a big program.
2) A PM who is very experienced and can handle a medium size project on their own
3) This PM has to be a self starter, independent and resourceful to problem solve issues.
4) Among the typical PM expertise for putting together schedules in MS Project, working to build good stakeholder relationships, and vendor management
5) PM who has a very detailed orientation towards financial management.
Top 3-5 Daily Responsibilities:
1. Planning, monitoring and executing projects activities
2. Project finance planning and monitoring
3. Coordinating activities between projects teams
Top 3-5 Required Skills:
1. Excellent written and verbal communications skills
2. Excellent skill in MS Project, Excel, Power Point
3. Excellent in monitoring and executing project activities
- HealthCare Experience - delivering projects related to ACA, medicare, and understands the processes for updating Health Plans annually in IT systems.
- Experience delivering projects (especially 6 month development cycle iterations - ranging from multiple short term 3 months up to 1 year in duration)
- Experience managing budgets and resources
- Solid verbal and written communication skills

Position Description:
Activities include coordinating the delivery of multiple projects, developing cost benefit analyses for the program, communicating to an executive committee, creating and reporting program status utilizing a dashboard, allocating resources across the multiple projects, defining project governance policies and managing the financial concerns of the program.
Must be able to utilize and effectively communicate technical components of an initiative to applicable parties.
Must be self motivated, well organized and have strong innovation and facilitation skills.
Proven oral and written communication skills; - excellent business presentation skills.
Excellent analytical skills.
Ability to interface effectively with all levels and across organizational lines, including the business units.
Ability to effectively utilize external vendors and resources throughout the organization.
Demonstrated success at building team relationships and partnerships across organizational lines.
